Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery within Singapore typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been shipped.

Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. All other sales are final — we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect quantity ordered.
